The organisation is working to create an inclusive environment for the most marginalised in the country. It brings hope through resourcing empowerment and advocacy in the least served areas of the country and works in inclusive education and community development.
Option1: The candidate will oversee the recruitment process and support systems for expatriate staff ensuring expat member-care and team support. Option 2: The same as option 1 re expatriate staff but the role holder will also line manage the national HR Administrator.
A qualified HR person is preferable but applicants with suitable skills will be considered. A minimum of two years commitment is required and ideally three or more. Input from an experienced person based out of country might be considered. The candidate will have the ability to train coach and mentor staff and be willing to learn a local language.
